Description:

10-12% Alpha Acids, Domestic, Dual Purpose Hop Galena is well known as a reliable, clean-bittering, high alpha hop. The Galena plants have medium size, compact cones which when added as a late addition have intense citrus and tropical flavors.

Used for:

American Ales, Stouts and Lagers.

Aroma Profile:

Sweet Fruits, Pear, Pineapple, Grapefruit, lime, gooseberry and spicy wood.
